Opportunities to Serve
Opportunities to serve abound at Immanuel. They range from musical groups to maintenance; from ChristCare leaders to coffee-makers; from mission trips to fixing meals…and that’s just a start! Here at Immanuel we are committed to helping you to serve in a way that best uses your God-given gifts and passions, so that more might come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior.
What does this mean for you? If you have an idea of how you’d like to serve, let us know and we’ll help you in any way that we can. If you’d like to do something new here, we’d love to talk with you about how to start that! If you’d like to serve but don’t have any idea where to start, we have a PLACE workshop that is offered several times each year that will help you discover some places to begin. You can also check out our Take Action menu on the right side of this webpage for ideas.
Plan ahead for Spring PLACE Workshops:
- Sundays from Mar. 7-28 from 10:45 - noon in the Conference Center (new classroom)
- Sundays from April 11-May 2 from 8-9:15 a.m. in the School Library
Also, don't forget to mark your calendars NOW for next spring's Neighborhood FamilyFest - May 22 and the Zoo Ministry Recognition Event - May 23.
Please contact Lisa with questions.
