Camping Supplies Needed for VBS

Camping supplies, anyone? Yep, you read that correctly! Immanuel’s VBS is going on a Friendship Trek this year and we need camping gear to set our stage. We are looking to borrow the following items from our members: small tents, coolers, sleeping bags (small feet will walk on these), fishing gear, portable picnic tables, lanterns (without fuel, please), picnic table gazebos, or any other camping gear you’ve got. We could also use a few small artificial Christmas trees. Please drop your clearly-labeled gear in the Fellowship Hall from July 20-27. All items will be available for pick-up in the Fellowship Hall on Sunday, August 3. Many thanks!!!!

Free Praise Band Concert!
On July 18, enjoy Praise in the Park, a free contemporary concert at the Fireman's Park in Germantown. The concert features One Way, Grace Lutheran's Contemporary Praise Band and begins at 6 p.m. Please bring your own lawn chairs, or use the the picnic tables at the park. A great way to witness to friends and family - so invite them along!

The Council provides vision, and the senior pastor oversees day-to-day operations. The Council reviews all policies annually, and provides direction in most significant financial decisions. Most of the Mission and Ministry Council members are serving on the upcoming Capital Campaign.
