The 4 at-large directors are elected on an annual rotating basis by the Directors. Meetings are held quarterly at Immanuel and last between one and two hours. Wedding Coordination PDF Print E-mail
Having a wedding coordinator on hand to provide support is a major anxiety reliever for a bride and groom holding their wedding at Immanuel. Wedding coordinators ensure a smooth and joyful event as they facilitate the rehearsal and wedding ceremony. Coordinators must be Immanuel members and may wish to shadow an experienced coordinator when starting out. Coordinators track all of the important details, such as the arrangement of: dressing space for a bridal party at the church, the Unity Candle and flowers, photo and video, and the license and bulletins. They also direct ushers in their duties, guide members of the wedding party at the rehearsal, and plan seating of the bride and groom’s immediate families and the receiving line (if desired). Contact Kim Graf for more information.
