Please note the church and school office will be closed on December 24th and 25th. Office hours starting December 26th will be from 9-4pm. The office will be open from 9-12 on December 31st and closed on January 1st. There will be no Kingdom Quest or Bible Study on December 28th. There will also be no 7/8th grade confirmation on December 22nd or December 29th!

Are you having people over for the big football game in February? Or do you never have time to cook and find yourself in the fast-food lane? Either way the YOJ have the solution to your problem. The YOJ will take orders in January and distribute SUPER SUBS on the first Sunday in February. Subs will be individually wrapped (So they'll be freezable!) and have 3 types of meats and 2 kinds of cheese on them. Order forms will be available beginning in January in the bulletin or at the welcome desk. All proceeds will help support the Youth's Mission/Service Trip to Richmond, Virginia.

We would like take the time to thank Tim Brusseau, Reed Felton and Dean Krueger for serving on the Mission and Ministry Council this past term. The newly elected positions are Barry Weber-President and Tom Potratz, Andy Smith and Paul Gnan– Mission and Ministry Board. There will be a Special Voters Meeting held in January to nominate candidates for the South Wisconsin District Convention in June 2009.

Immanuel's Boy Scout Program (Cub Scout Pack 61 and Boy Scout Troop 61) would like to thank you for your support during our recent popcorn and wreath sale. Your support will provide activities for our scout program this coming year that may not be otherwise provided. We wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thank you to the Tiger Cub Scouts of Pack 61 for decorating the bushes by the Immanuel Church Sign with Christmas lights. The Tiger Cubs are led by scout leader Mr. Thomas McCaughn.

2008 BLOOD DRIVE RESULTS! A big thank you to everyone that came out  on a rainy night to support our 2008 blood drive. Our event was a huge success! Total of (78) donors came out, allowing us to collect (67) units of blood. We ended the evening at 103% of this year’s goal and a whopping 191% over our successful 2007 blood drive! A special thank you to Kalie McCaughn for being the face of our blood drive this year, and also to Tracy McCaughn and Jim Radewahn for helping to recruit donors. Next year's blood drive will take place on November 3rd, 2009 from 2-7PM in the field house. Please keep this date on your calendar, and please watch the Church bulletin and school TNT for more information as we draw nearer to the event.
