How this Ministry Operates:

The Mission and Ministry Council is the governing board for Immanuel Lutheran Church. The voting members of the Council are elected and meet monthly. The Council provides vision, and the senior pastor oversees day-to-day operations. The Council reviews all policies annually, and provides direction in most significant financial decisions. Most of the Mission and Ministry Council members are serving on the upcoming Capital Campaign.

A Beneficial Balancing Act…

Under the direction of the Mission and Ministry Council, and with the approval of voting members, Immanuel has had two balanced budgets. Having a balanced budget allows funds to be allocated for new missional efforts.

How You Can Get Involved:

The Mission and Ministry Council welcomes feedback from congregation members in response to the posted meeting minutes (you may obtain a copy from the Fellowship Hall Rack). The Council also encourages congregation members to participate in the Capital Campaign. Contact President Tim Brusseau.
