How This Ministry Operates:

At Immanuel, our primary method for helping you discover and utilize your gifts and abilities is through a program called PLACE. The workshop consists of four classes, each an hour-and-a-quarter long. You are welcome to place your children in the nursery during these sessions. 

During each session, you will learn more about how your personality, abilities, gifts, passions, and experiences coincide, and how you may want to use that information to further your involvement in ministry. 

After the workshop, Lisa Jaeger, Director of Assimilation and Deployment, will meet with you personally to discuss your findings, and help you narrow down three to five areas of ministry that might be of interest to you, now or in future. The self-discovery process involved in PLACE is crucial for many people to understand their role in the Body of Christ.
