Festival Choir helps to make disciples by sharing the Gospel message, moving people’s hearts to praise their God, increasing their faith, and encouraging their service for Him in this world. Their vehicle for accomplishing this important mission is music, and participants in this activity should have a love for music and for using it to praise God. Members of Festival Choir often partake in other musical groups as well. An ability to sing helps, but is not a prerequisite – ability tends to improve with practice! This group meets to rehearse for services and to enjoy fellowship and friendship. They rehearse the three Wednesday nights prior to each major church festival from 7-8 p.m. (8-8:45 p.m. during Advent and Lent). In order to participate in Festival Choir, you don't have to commit to the entire year, just one festival at a time! This is designed to make it possible for more people to participate. Pick up a practice/performance schedule at the Information Center desk or in the Church Office. Contact Barb Oppermann or Sally Denkert for more information. Festival Choir Profile Page
